The 45 years of my life so far can age wise be
classified into the following major phases:
1.
01-22 years
–Childhood, Early age Schooling & College
2.
23-29 years
–Delhi Residence
3.
30-34 years
–Mumbai Migration
4.
35-39 years
–Marriage & Sanyasin Initiation
5.
40-45 years
–Child birth & its heavy duty upbringing
Phase 1.
1-19 years
1.
When I had
completed my 10th and 12th standards both in second class,
my father refused me to bear my study expenses giving example of my two elder
brothers who despite obtaining higher study were sitting home jobless and I was
quite disappointed but my mother and sister encouraged me to pursue my bachelor
of science degree.
2.
First time in
my life I left home when I got admission in Dharm Samaj College, Aligarh which
was around 25km away from home. I had rented a room there, and apart from
attending my regular B. Sc. Classes I started taking and giving tuition to make
some extra bucks to reduce financial burden of home.
3.
There was an
interesting story of mine; I think mine was the last semester when the tenure
of B. Sc. degree exceeded from 2 years to 3 years. Since, I escaped the exam
period of my B.Sc. 2nd year or final year due to my sudden slip of
memory and it took me three years in passing my B. Sc. Degree. I had appeared
in all exams except one that dropped me from my 2nd year and tainted
regret for life time because I was failed and that tiny negligence starched 2
yr degree to 3 yr. My regret became so deep rooted I couldn’t dared to reveal
this naked truth to my parents in their life time and nothing could be done. Any
way some how I passed B.Sc in second degree and the college in 1989. Thereafter
I did one year computer certificate course also from the same college which was
recently introduced as computer emerged as new technology that time.
Phase 2.
20-22 years
1.
Second phase of
my life began when I got passed out from the degree college and now it was the
time to hunt for a job. I set at home free for two years and started applying
for the jobs, giving different tests and waited for the response. I tried for
military, banking, railways, engineering etc. but nothing could worked out.
First time I got chance to travel out of district like Agra, Delhi, Chandigarh,
Mumbai etc. I do felt free but jobless. Job pressure from home made me little
frustrated. Seeing the circumstances I started a small shop of readymade
garments at Akrabad that I did for around one year.
2.
Then one day I
decided to quit home for some bigger opportunity and went off to Delhi in
December 1990. I lived there with some friends place for few days in Shahdara
and I tried many jobs there in beginning like working in some garments factory,
auto rickshaw driving, newspaper distribution etc. Then one day I got a private
job of media executive for Rs. 2000/- per month in a bilingual Hindi-English
monthly magazine in Dilshad Garden. Rest is history. Doors of opportunities
started in print media and I worked for big publications as reporter, business
executive, paper distribution etc. Then I started learning stories writing also
with reporting and marketing side by side.
3.
I had been in
Delhi for around 5-6 years and earned a lot of name and fame but when I
overlooked I found I earned no materialistic achievement. I was almost
struggling for my livelihood; meanwhile one day I got the sad news from where I
was working as personal secretary to a political party there for Rs. 3500/- pm
salary that my father was no more he expired in my village in 1994 and I got
the news two days late. I felt some of my body organ parted away from my body
and I broke out completely because I promised to my father that I will uplift
my one days family’s poor condition with my hard work and earnings and before I
could do any thing he left me alone and passed away. It was first sock of my
life. I am sorry I am not able how to express my inner mental status? Like if
you are living for someone and he left you alone midway, there remains no
meaning of life and living. This was the first time to introspect myself that
what I was doing away from home?
Phase 3.
23-29 years
1.
When I had
completed my 10th and 12th standards both in second
class, my father refused me to bear my study expenses giving example of my two
elder brothers who despite obtaining higher study were sitting home jobless and

Regrets of
life:
1.
When I was
failed in the second year of graduation due to slip of memory because I just
forgot the exam date or confused about it. I so regretted but nothing could have
been done, so I decided to hide the secret but after 25 years first time I am
revealing it by way of writing here. Initially at times I thought I should tell
it to my mother, father or some family members but I couldn’t dare to do it.
Many times I thought I should reveal it, but it has been too late and there was
no meaning to reveals the truth because to whom it could matter, they passed
away till then.
2.
Second regret
of my life when I was out of memory for about three hours in midnight on
Goregaon to Andheri roads and streets after over drunk around in 1999 when I
was coming back from a close friend’s marriage party.
3.
The same regret
that I had to go through again for the third time in my life when I forgot my appointment
with Sadguru Osho Shailendraji on 11th Nov 2012.
